2013 $125-Million Listed New York Penthouse Sold for $44 Million

Famous Penthouse on top of Pierre Hotel in New York City had been sold for $44 million.  It was listed in 2013 for $125 million by the late Martin Zweig and his wife (investor).  According to reports, he purchased the penthouse in 1999 for $21.5 million.

” New York Penthouse sold for $44 Million + $51,840 monthly maintenance fee ”

The new owner is Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald.  The 12,000 square foot penthouse has 16 rooms and comes a montly maintenance fee of $51,840.
