Qatar’s Royal Family Buys New York Mansion for $41 Million
Qatar’s royal family has bought their 3rd property in New York and this property will be used for their loyal servants. The family bought it from billionaire Andrew Farkas who is the founder of real estate merchant bank Island Capital Group. According to local reports, they bought the home because it sits adjacent from two other properties that were bought by Qatar.

The exterior spaces include a lavish 500sqft south-facing garden, a terrace off the master bedroom and a landscaped roof terrace with a kitchen that is 922sqft with views of Central Park and the iconic New York skyline.
