Homes in Monaco are Now the World’s Most Expensive
According a report from Savills, Monaco now has the world’s most expensive home prices. Monaco with an approximate population of 38,400 recorded an average resale price of US$44,992 per square meter in 2016. The value of total transactions also reached a record high of US$2.93 billion.
