Three Hedge Funds Give Up Old Fee Model
Three Asian hedge funds are moving away from from the old fee model known as the 2-and-20 model. Kit Trading Fund, Noviscient and Gordian Capital Singapore Pte Ltd, all based in Singapore are the firms that are starting to do away with the 2% management fee and 20% of all profits.

Noviscient is going to start to a fund that will not charge any management fees and absorb the first 5% of annual investment losses. Gordian will only take a performance fee if return exceed a certain benchmark and Kit Trading has lower than average fees.
